Windows Sideload Instructions

  1. Connect your ‘tablet‘ to your computer.Connect your devices using a USB cable.
  2. Download your ebook.Right-click the download button below and select:
    • ‘Save link as‘ (Firefox or Chrome)
    • ‘Download linked file‘ (Safari)
    • ‘Save target as‘ (Internet Explorer)
  3. Save the ebook file to your computer.Browse to your Desktop and click ‘save‘.
  4. Copy the ebook file from your Desktop to your device.Consult your tablet manual in order to transfer the ebook file to your tablet. Depending on the type of device and reader app, there may be additional steps required to access your ebook.
  5. Eject your ‘tablet‘.Remember to eject your tablet when finished transferring your ebook as improperly disconnecting your device can damage your ebook file making it unreadable. You may need to restart your tablet for your ebook to appear on your device.

Mac OS X Sideload Instructions

Note: Requires the installation of ‘Android File Transfer‘, available for free here.

Connect your device to your computer:
If your device does not appear on your desktop or in the sidebar, you will need to download and install Android File Transfer before beginning.

If you have determined that you do not need Android File Transfer, skip step 4.

  1. Connect your ‘tablet‘ to your computer.Connect your devices using a USB cable.

  1. The Nook reader app is required.Please ensure you have the Nook app installed prior to starting the download.
  2. Download your ebook.Right-click the download button below and select:
    • ‘Save link as‘ (Firefox or Chrome)
    • ‘Download linked file‘ (Safari)
    • ‘Save target as‘ (Internet Explorer)
  3. Save the ebook file to your computer.Browse to your Desktop and click ‘save‘.
